Ultrasound
During an ultrasound, high-frequency sound-waves are directed into the body and bounce off the organs, creating a computer image of the inside of the body. This painless diagnostic technique is usually done without sedation of your pet.
Digital Radiography (X-Ray)
Radiographs (x-rays) are particularly helpful for diagnosing and monitoring many medical and surgical conditions. Compared to x-rays produced by a traditional machine, the quality of digital radiographs is much better. The time spent taking your pets' radiographs is significantly shortened and fewer x-rays are needed to achieve diagnostic-quality results.
Laboratory Testing
At Rose Animal Clinic we have a complete in-house laboratory that allows us to perform urinalysis, parasite identification, fungal cultures, and blood chemistry testing. We also maintain a collaborative relationship with a regional laboratory to provide more complicated testing and comprehensive analysis of our lab results.
Digital Dental Radiography
Here at Rose Animal Clinic, we use our Digital Dental Radiography machine every time we perform a dental procedure on an animal to ensure your pet gets the highest quality oral care. Digital Dental Radiography (X-Rays) is very important for helping your veterinarian keep your pet's oral health in the best condition possible. They can also be used to find any other potential oral conditions your pet may have such as bone loss or tumors.
